Walt Bellingham is a founding member and Principal at Shore Points. Before Shore Points, Walt was a Director of the Private Capital Group at BNP Paribas and prior to that, a Director with the BNP Paribas Merchant Banking Group. Walt also spent five years at Chase Manhattan Bank in the Middle Market Structured Finance Group. In addition to his experience at Chase, Walt worked at Hartz Mountain Industries, a New Jersey-based real estate developer. Walt has originated equity investments in a variety of industries including enterprise software, manufacturing, specialty distribution, business and energy services and restaurants. He serves or has served as a board member or observer of GenAlpha Technologies, Colyar, CCA, North American Energy Partners, Propex Holdings, Polaris Pool Systems, Stauber Performance Ingredients, Transport Labor Contract/Leasing and Triumph Healthcare. Walt received a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.
