Sarah Gabriel is the Chief People Office at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Sarah leads strategy for people operations and development at Shore, and supports portfolio management teams to increase Human Resources expertise and shared learnings across the portfolio. Sarah has 20 years of experience with private equity. Prior to joining Shore, Sarah most recently served as a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where she co-led the Center of Excellence for the Public Company Advisory Practice. Prior to Kirkland, she held executive leadership positions in public and private companies, including as a Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel. Sarah holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University, and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she is a member of the Board of Advisors.
