Riley is a Director at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Riley’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance and implement strategic initiatives, and preparing acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth. Prior to joining shore, Riley was an experienced senior manager at PwC in Chicago within the Deals platform. Riley focused on delivering financial and reporting solutions to complex problems in connection with a transformational event. In addition to strategic planning, transaction execution and post-merger integration reporting support, Riley frequently coordinated cross-functional teams delivering tax, valuation, human resources and other advisory services. Prior to joining Deals, Riley had two years of experience in the New York audit practice serving a variety of clients in the alternative investment space. Riley grew up in upstate New York and attended St Bonaventure University in the greater Buffalo area. She currently holds an M.B.A. from the St. Bonaventure school of business as well as a B.S. in both Accounting and Finance. Riley is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
