Art is Chief Development Officer at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Art’s responsibilities center on working with management teams to build successful business development functions within their companies. Prior to joining Shore Capital, Art worked at Southern Veterinary Partners (a Shore portfolio company) as Sr. VP, Business Development. Over his 5-year tenure with the company, Art built BD processes, systems, and teams that led to the successful execution of 265 transactions totaling over $750M of Revenue and over $150M of EBITDA. Art received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
