Anderson Williams is the Vice President, Talent Development at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Anderson’s responsibilities include supporting strategic planning and implementation, talent development, and developing and managing Shore University. Most recently, Anderson founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of BOS Framework, a cloud engineering automation platform that was part of an international tech accelerator. Previously, he was the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Zeumo, a healthcare technology startup. After a successful sale of Zeumo, Anderson remained in a product development leadership role. Anderson received his B.A. in English and Studio Art from Wake Forest University, an M.F.A. from Cranbrook Academy of Art, and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
