Bio

Mike is a Partner of Shamrock Capital Advisors. He currently serves as a director of Learn on Demand Systems. Prior to joining Shamrock in 2020, Mike was a Managing Director and Co-head of the Global Technology, Media and Telecom Group at Harris Williams. He has over 25 years of M&A and capital markets experience across the software, internet, and education technology sectors. Previous experience includes co-founding the TMT Group and serving as the Head of Internet & Digital Media at Sagent Advisors, leading the Internet & Digital Media practice at Wachovia Securities and the Communications & Multimedia practice at Wasserstein Perella. Earlier in his career, Mike worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan and started his career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Mike graduated from Loyola University Maryland.
