Roger C. Freeman is a Co-Founder and Partner of SFW Capital Partners and a member of its Investment Committee. Mr. Freeman serves as Chairman of the Board of GLG and is a Director of Act, Captify, Granite River Labs, and Sannova Analytical. He previously served as Chairman of the Board and Director of AGDATA, L.P., Keypoint Intelligence, MD Buyline, Inc., and Telephia, Inc. and on the Boards of DaySmart Software, Devada, Essen Bioscience, Inc., Greenshades Software, IAG Research, Inc., and Spectro Scientific, Inc. Prior to founding SFW Capital Partners, Mr. Freeman was a Managing Director at AEA Investors, having joined as an Analyst in 1992. During his time there, Mr. Freeman worked on numerous successful private equity investments, including Mettler Toledo International, Telephia, Inc., IAG Research, Inc., Waters Corporation, XM Satellite Radio, and CasTech Aluminum Group, among others. Prior to joining AEA, he was a consultant at Bain & Company where he provided strategic consulting services to major corporations in the medical products, industrial, and communications sectors. Mr. Freeman has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard University.
