Bio

Roger served as Executive Vice President Exploitation for Medicine Bow and Shenandoah Energy where he directed engineering, geosciences and reserve reporting. His work at those companies led to highly successful drilling programs responsible for identification and exploitation of hidden reserves. Roger was a principal in MHA, a petroleum engineering consulting firm, and president of Flahive Oil & Gas. Roger began his career with The Superior Oil Company in 1982 and worked for, Mobil Oil, Mobil Research and Development and Apache Corporation. He received both a B.S. and a M.E. degree in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
