Marc joined Apax Partners as a Partner in 2019. He leads the Healthcare team. Marc is deeply convinced that teamwork is the fuel to help entrepreneurs obtain exceptional results. He likes private equity as he can share his international experience from his time working abroad. Apax Partners lets him take his ability to adapt and understand different cultures at the next level. He appreciates that, in private equity, success is a team effort. Raised in Africa in a family of well-established entrepreneurs, he feels their one-hundred-year history as successful business owners are what draws him to private equity. He loves diverse cultures and attributes his formative years living in Lubumbashi as an important part of his inspiration for visiting and living in diverse cultures and his team spirit.
