Curious and always eager to learn, Louis turned to private equity because he sees it as a process of lifelong learning, discoveries of new activities and new personalities. For him, it is the people and the encounters that make up the beauty of this job; that is why he is delighted with the opportunity to accompany entrepreneurs. The choice of Seven2 was obvious to Louis. He was able to find the ideal setting to move forward, with a human-sized team and personalities. Each day is different, and brings its share of new issues and challenges. Proud of his Alsatian origins, Louis is motivated by a permanent desire to learn and discover new horizons. Louis is above all a sports enthusiast – his favorite playgrounds in his free time are tennis courts and ski slopes in the winter. He is also fond of travel and escapades, with a special affection for Italy, whose gastronomy and good wines he enjoys. A fan of electronic music and jazz, Louis will always be ready for a concert and to share a moment with his friends. His guilty pleasure of the moment: a little game of chess on the weekend. After graduating from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in 2013 and the London School of Economics in 2014, Louis began his career as an analyst and then as an associate in J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking division in Paris, where he was part of the team responsible for monitoring large French groups. He has been involved in various types of M&A, LBO and IPO transactions. He joined Apax Partners (now Seven2) in 2018 as part of the Services team.
