Lauren is Communications Director. Before joining Seven2, Lauren wasn’t very familiar with private equity. Ever since joining the firm, she has found it to be an endless journey of discovery. She particularly appreciates how private equity, and especially Seven2, provides real economic growth through its investments and work in specific sectors. Needless to say, she has become a big believer in private equity. She feels that thanks to the firm’s investments, it helps in creating jobs and in the growth of companies. Lauren finds pleasure in working for a firm that plays an active part in the development of French and European businesses. What Lauren particularly likes about her job is being able to express her creativity, being at the heart of the action and, with good techniques, being able to influence the behavior of targeted audiences. Always ready to explore new ideas and projects, Lauren is a dynamic, playful and sociable person who likes to exchange with her colleagues over a drink (or two!) at the end of the office. Fascinated by the world of surpassing oneself and self-realization, she draws her inspiration from motivating athletes and mentors, who show what can be accomplished with determination and discipline. Lauren is a graduate of EBS Paris where she obtained a Master’s in International Business Development. She spent most of her career with EY, working first as a Marketing & Business Development project management officer before taking charge of communications for the Auditing and Financial Advisory division in 2016. Laurent joined Seven2 in 2019 as Communications Director.
