Julien is Director on the Consumer team. Private equity is a team effort to support entrepreneurs and companies in reaching their long-term-goals, and that is what Julien really likes about it. Therefore, joining the passionate and entrepreneurial-minded Seven2 team was an obvious choice for Julien, having been influenced since a young age by entrepreneurs in his family. Thriving in a multicultural team environment, Julien is proud of how, at Seven2, everyone enjoys what they do – and that has a lot to do with how good they are at it. Julien is a family man, finding his inspirations in the life he shares with his wife, an entrepreneur, and his two young daughters, who in their own way are building the world. Passionate about technology, Julien is fascinated by innovation and a fervent early adopter, a philosophy he strives to replicate in his line of work. A seasoned traveler and gastronomy enthusiast, you can find Julien roaming around the globe to find a good meal. Julien earned a Master’s in Management and Finance from HEC in 2009. He began his career in 2009 with J.P. Morgan in London in the Investment Banking division as an Analyst and then Associate. He focused on the Retail & Consumer sector in Europe, and was involved in various M&A, LBO and capital market transactions. He then joined Apax Partners (now Seven2) in 2014 in the Consumer team.
