Ben Ross joined Seven Hills Capital in 2021 and leads new platforms, M&A development, and strategic partnerships. Ben operates with SHC’s partnered company leadership to achieve sustainable and scaled growth. Before joining Seven Hills, Ben worked for Ross & Company, a specialist healthcare executive recruiting firm serving prominent private equity sponsors, where he was responsible for search execution and candidate development. Previously, Ben served as Manager of Network Development for Contessa, an innovative hospital-at-home company providing inpatient- and surgery-level recovery care. Ben began his career as an analyst for The Advisory Board Company, a healthcare consulting firm acquired by Optum in 2017.
