Michael focuses on deal origination and qualification, as well as developing investment themes and intermediary relationships. Prior to joining Serent, Michael worked at Provident Healthcare Partners, a boutique investment banking firm located in Los Angeles. At Provident, he was responsible for sourcing sell-side engagements, evaluating sectors of interest, and executing transactions. Before Provident, Michael worked at Deloitte Advisory in the Technology Services division. Michael graduated magna cum laude from Bentley University with dual degrees in Economics and Finance
