Bio

As a member of Serent’s Growth Team and leader of the firm’s Pricing Center of Excellence, Jorge works closely with the management teams at Serent portfolio companies to drive value creation and accelerate top-line growth by identifying and executing levers across pricing strategy, sales and marketing effectiveness, and product strategy. Prior to joining Serent, Jorge was a Director at Simon-Kucher & Partners in Silicon Valley and Toronto, where he was a member of the firm’s global Software, Internet, and Media leadership team. Jorge has advised companies in the US, Canada, Latin America, and Asia, and his advisory work focused on growth and revenue acceleration through pricing & packaging optimization, subscription and SaaS offering design and migration strategy, new product monetization, and go-to-market strategy. Prior to Simon-Kucher, Jorge held roles at Citi’s Latin American Corporate & Investment Banking group and also at the bank’s Wealth Management division, at UBS Investment Bank in New York, and at Indesa Capital, a Latin American boutique consulting firm. Jorge has a BSc in Economics from the Universidad de Piura, Peru, where he graduated ranked first in the class of 2009. In addition, he holds an MBA from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester, where he was a Fielding Fellow and a recipient of the Dean’s Leadership Award.
