Hilary leads human capital operations for Serent Capital, working with board members and management teams at Serent portfolio companies to identify executive talent requirements, recruit leaders into key roles, design human capital strategies, and execute those strategies. Prior to joining Serent, Hilary spent five years with Egon Zehnder, a leading global management consulting and executive search firm. Previously, she was a Consultant at Deloitte, where she focused on advisory work for a variety of clients, and began her career as a Policy Analyst for a digital health nonprofit in Washington, DC. Hilary has a Master’s from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor’s from Baylor University.
