As a member of Serent's Growth Team, Carmen supports leaders at Serent portfolio companies in accelerating growth by identifying and executing levers across sales and marketing effectiveness, market expansion, and product strategy. Prior to joining Serent, Carmen led product marketing for an organization within Facebook Reality Labs. Previously, she led the international business with direct P&L responsibility for Canary, a smart home security startup, expanding into 15 markets in 15 months. Carmen was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company, where she helped companies grow by consulting them on digital enablement such as digital marketing, pricing, and product innovation. She began her career at SAP in the Corporate Strategy Group. Carmen holds a Diploma in International Marketing and Finance from the University of Cooperative Education in Mannheim, Germany, and an MBA with honors from Chicago Booth.
