Cannon focuses on deal origination and qualification, as well as developing investment themes and intermediary relationships. Prior to Serent, Cannon was a Principal at Castle Crow where he was responsible for developing and initiating new middle market platform investments and acquisition opportunities, managed a team of Associates, and led business development initiatives for the firm. Cannon graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Nevada, Reno at Lake Tahoe where he received his Double Major Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Global Business Management and Finance & Economics. Cannon was a Four Year 1st Team All-American athlete for the alpine ski team, further contributing to multiple National Championships titles.
