Bio

As Vice President of Operations, Ben leads office operations at Serent bringing together IT, HR, Office Management, Real Estate and Facilities to help sustain, enhance and grow the Firm’s culture. Prior to Serent, Ben was the Vice President of Operations at KKR & Co. where he managed office operations for the west and southwest regions. Before KKR & Co., he worked in Operations, Facilities and HR for the Chicago, San Franciso and Palo Alto offices of Kirkland & Ellis. Ben has over 20 years of leadership experience in Operations, Facility Management and Human Resources. He also retired from 23 years of service in the Marine Corps Reserve (Infantry) and Naval Reserve (Intelligence) where he served in combat and on multiple contingency operations. He received his JPME from Naval War College, a Masters in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Business Management, and a BA from Trinity Christian College.
