As Vice President at Serent Capital, Adam is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Serent Capital, Adam worked at Houlihan Lokey as an investment banking analyst in the Financial Restructuring / Special Situations Group in Los Angeles. While there, he advised clients facing varying degrees of financial distress in the consumer retail, healthcare technology, and education sectors on restructuring, liability management, M&A, and financing transactions. Adam holds a B.A. in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
