Dr. Alice Mann, Partner, Human Capital, joined Sentinel in 2022. For more than 20 years, Dr. Mann has advised senior executives on building high-performing leadership teams, developing winning talent strategies, and designing organizations that achieve outstanding performance results. Prior to Sentinel, Dr. Mann spent over three years as an Operating Partner, Human Capital, with Blue Wolf Capital Partners. From 2005 to 2018, Dr. Mann was the founder and CEO of consulting firm, Mann Advisors, LLC, during which time she was also a Senior Consulting affiliate of Kates Kesler. Previously, she was a vice president at JPMorgan Chase Bank. Dr. Mann holds a BA in History from Reed College and an MA and PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She also earned a two-year Organization Dynamics certification from the William Alanson White Institute and is certified in Predictive Index and the Hogan Leadership Assessments.
