Matt has more than 20 years of experience investing in and advising founder-owned and family-owned growth companies. He is involved in all investment activities in the US and shares overall leadership in the firm’s Australia office. Matt has been a trusted Board member and advisor to a dozen current and former SEP partner companies. He is particularly experienced in helping foster (and accelerate) organic and acquisition-driven growth initiatives, along with overall global expansion strategies. Matt is passionate about helping founders and CEOs “grow the pie” in a partnership-oriented manner.
