Bio

Prior to joining Searchlight in 2021, Ms. Good was a partner at Hg, where she led the portfolio and operations team of over 30 executives. While at Hg, Ms. Good was also an active member of the Operating Committee and chaired the Portfolio Review Committee. Previously, Ms. Good was a partner at Bain & Company. During her career at Bain, she worked in both the London and San Francisco offices, with a focus on technology and private equity clients during both the diligence and post-acquisition stages. Ms. Good is currently serving on the boards of Care Advantage and IPS. Ms. Good received a BA in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
