Tom has been a Partner of Seacoast since its inception in 1994. Previously, Mr. Gorman joined Signal Capital in 1988 as an Assistant Treasurer responsible for all borrowings and short-term investments and in 1991 became a Senior Investment Manager of Signal responsible for junior capital investments. Prior to Signal, he was a Manager of Corporate Finance for General Motors Corporation and a lender with Shawmut Bank of Boston. He received an AB in Economics from Holy Cross College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. In addition to serving on the boards of several Seacoast portfolio companies, Mr. Gorman has served on the Board of the Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA) and served as the President of the Northeastern Regional Chapter.
