Bio

Alex joined SE Capital in 2020 and has been working in mergers and acquisitions since 2013. At SE Capital, he is responsible for business development, thesis development, activities such as originating and evaluating new investments, managing the due diligence process, negotiating financing agreements, and portfolio company monitoring. Prior to joining SE Capital, Alex was a Vice President at Chartwell Financial Advisory in the investment banking group. During his time at Chartwell, Alex primarily focused on middle-market sell-side, buy-side, and debt recapitalization transactions in addition to ESOP transactions. Alex has experience within the industries of business services, transportation and logistics, engineering and construction, education, healthcare, technology, and media. Alex earned a BA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
