Bio

Todd is a Partner at SDC. He previously spent 17 years at Catalyst Investors, a growth equity fund, where he was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee. Todd led many of Catalyst’s investments in the internet infrastructure, wireless communications, software and IT services sectors. He served on the boards of numerous portfolio companies including EDB, Effectual, InSite Wireless, Latisys, and Pax8, among others. Prior to joining Catalyst, Todd was an Associate at Lightyear Capital. He began his career at PaineWebber Capital (now UBS Group AG) investing in both private equity and alternative assets. Todd received a B.A. from McGill University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business where he graduated with honors as a Beta Gamma Sigma scholar.
