Christine Shin is Head of Capital Markets at SDC. Prior to joining SDC, Christine spent over nine years in Wells Fargo’s Corporate and Investment Bank within the Commercial Real Estate group. She most recently served as Head of Balance Sheet Screening in Multifamily Capital and prior to that, worked on CMBS and balance sheet originations covering middle market and institutional investors in Real Estate Capital Markets. Christine started her finance career as a consultant at Townhouse Partners and worked at J.P. Morgan and Barclays. Christine graduated from Penn with a B.A. in Biological Basis of Behavior and Health Care Management and subsequently pursued a neuroimaging fellowship at Yale and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia studying kids with autism.
