Paul focuses on portfolio management and deal support, with a particular focus on due diligence, portfolio value enhancement, and investment realisations. He also supports on SEP’s new deal generation activities in Scotland. Paul works closely with many of SEP’s portfolio companies and currently sits on the boards of Peppermint Technology, provider of cloud software to the legal sector, and Intelligent Reach, the product and data feed management platform business. Previously, Paul was also heavily involved with the business transformation and sale of Workshare, the cloud enabled document collaboration software company, and Tryzens, the international digital commerce specialist prior to its sale in private equity-led management buyout. Paul joined SEP in 2013 from Caird Capital, a UK mid-market private equity firm, and prior to that worked in the Integrated, Structured and Acquisition Finance division at Lloyds Banking Group.
