Jim Bringley is an expert in small business finance. He spent thirty years at South Shore Bank in Chicago. Jim ran the Bank’s real estate lending department and was for decades the most active and knowledgeable multi-family lender on Chicago’s south side. Jim manages SB Partners’ investment in Reliable Water Services. An avid pianist and cyclist, Jim is a graduate of Syracuse University.
