Mr. Lozyniak has over two decades of experience transforming manufacturing businesses across a diverse range of end markets, serving as Chief Executive Officer of three highly successful portfolio companies under the ownership of KPS Capital Partners. Prior to co-founding Saothair, Mr. Lozyniak was CEO of North American Breweries, which received “Turnaround of the Year” and “Overall Deal of the Year” awards from Buyouts magazine. Previously, Mr. Lozyniak was CEO of Bristol Compressors International and Blue Ridge Paper Products. Mr. Lozyniak began his career with GE Capital, serving in a variety of positions including Senior Vice President. Mr. Lozyniak received an MBA from the William E Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
