Colby's background includes investment banking, distressed debt, and commercial banking. Colby most recently worked for Chiron Financial where he was responsible for leading the execution of financing, sale, and financial advisory assignments across a number of industries and situations. Prior to his experience at Chiron, Colby had credit underwriting roles at both Societe Generale and Macquarie Group where he worked with clients in the energy sector.
