Michael joined Salt Creek Capital in 2022. He is focused on deal origination, transaction execution, and supporting the growth of portfolio companies. Michael has over 24 years of private equity experience and has served on over 20 portfolio company boards. Prior to Salt Creek, Michael was a General Partner at Element Partners, a private and growth equity firm focused on sustainable industrial technologies. Michael is also a founder and General Partner of CommonWealth Equity Partners that was formed to acquire and manage a majority interest in Ecore International, a leading recycled products company. Prior to his private equity career, Michael was a strategy consultant at Booz, Allen, & Hamilton. Michael graduated first in his class from Georgia Tech with a major in Electrical Engineering and received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.
