Darryl joined Salt Creek Capital as an Executive Partner in 2022. He brings over 20 years of C-level experience with Fortune 250 companies. He served in multiple C-level business, manufacturing, and operations roles in diverse global manufacturing industries. Prior to Salt Creek, Darryl was Vice President & General Manager of Terex Utilities, a $490M utilities equipment business with two manufacturing locations, 21 US service centers and a replacement parts business. Prior to Terex, Darryl was Chief Manufacturing Officer of ParkOhio Holdings, a $1.6B diversified industrial manufacturer serving automotive, heavy truck, industrial equipment, rail and aerospace customers. Prior to ParkOhio, Darryl led large organizations through transformational changes at Eaton, BorgWarner, and started his career at Ford Motor Company. Darryl holds a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. He is an avid motorcycle enthusiast, an active skier and enjoys investing in stocks and cryptocurrencies in his spare time.
