Dan joined Salt Creek Capital as an Executive Partner in 2012 and is the CEO of Warne Scope Mounts. He also serves as an Operating Partner with Salt Creek Capital. Previously, Dan was the President of RDSI Holdings, a private equity owned electronic components manufacturer. Prior to RDSI, Dan was the Chief Executive Officer of Ultraviolet Devices, a family-owned manufacturer of water and air purification products. Earlier in his career, Dan held senior executive and operations roles in several lower middle companies including Astro Seal, Inc, Marco Manufacturing and U.S. Range Company. Dan earned his B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
