Christopher Sveen joined Salt Creek Capital as an Executive Partner in 2024, bringing over 15 years of executive leadership and general management experience across different industries and geographies. Chris is a high-level strategic leader who excels in scaling and professionalizing companies on a global basis. His professional journey includes key roles at Heska Corporation, where he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. At Heska, he directed legal and strategic decision-making, managed high-value M&A transactions, and ensured compliance with public company regulations. Additionally, as President of Diamond Animal Health, a subsidiary of Heska, Chris held full P&L responsibility of a $35M+ vaccine and pharmaceutical manufacturing company and enhanced the company’s market presence through new product launches, strategic contracts and regulatory compliance. Chris also spearheaded global corporate administrative functions, including legal, human resources and information technology. Chris is a seasoned operating and legal executive with a strong track record in catalyzing organizational success for publicly traded companies. His expertise lies in scaling global companies through leveraged operational efficiencies, introduction of new product lines and geographies, and M&A transactions, with proven expertise in capital financing, SEC compliance, and corporate governance. Notably, Chris led nearly $2 billion in M&A transactions and tripled a company's revenues from $120M+ to $350M+. His earlier experience includes a role as a Private Banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he managed over $800M in assets and expanded revenue through strategic client relationships.
