Chad joined Salt Creek Capital as an executive partner in 2024, bringing over 15 years of specialized experience in coatings manufacturing for concrete floors, wooden floors, and small aircraft. Chad enjoys working with highly productive and motivated teams to find sales opportunities in products or markets that may have been overlooked. Prior to joining Salt Creek, Chad was president of PoloPlaz, Inc., a manufacturer of polyurethane coatings for hardwood floors. During his tenure, the company’s EBITDA tripled as PoloPlaz grew from a regional business to a national and then international supplier for floor coatings. Their products were used on most NBA and NCAA basketball floors, along with hundreds of high schools, churches, and recreation centers. While simultaneously managing PoloPlaz, Chad also served as president of a spin off company, AirTech Coatings, which produced glues, primers, and paints for the aviation industry. Chad credits the success of both companies to the personal relationships cultivated with their customers. Chad holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. Chad resides in Little Rock, AR with his wife. Outside of work, he maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying soccer and fitness activities. He also values quality time with his family, particularly his grandson.
