Catherine is Legal Director at Sagard. Over a period of 10 years, she served as Chief Financial Officer at three management companies (Activa Capital, Edmonde de Rothschild and Galileo Partners). Prior to that, Catherine was a Senior Manager at PwC, where she spent 10 years in the Audit and Transaction Services departments in France and Germany. Catherine is a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from ESCAE Dijon.
