Joel Andryc serves as Managing Director of Saban Capital Group (SCG). In this role, Mr. Andryc is actively involved in many of SCG’s portfolio companies while sourcing new strategic investment opportunities in the entertainment and media sectors. He currently serves as Co-Producer on the “Power Rangers” television series and as an Executive Producer on the 2017 Lionsgate feature film, “Saban’s Power Rangers.” Mr. Andryc also plays a key role in formulating Saban Brands operations and investment strategies. Mr. Andryc has had a 30 year working relationship with Haim Saban since he first joined Saban Entertainment in 1987 as a development executive. He was involved with Saban’s controlling investment in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG until its sale in March, 2007 and currently serves as an Alternate Director on the Board of Univision Communications Inc. Andryc is also a member on the Board of Directors at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, CA. Prior positions in the entertainment industry included EVP of Programming at the ABC Family Channel, SVP of Kids Programming at the Fox Family Channel along with a variety of other executive roles at Chuck Barris Productions, Goodson-Todman Productions, Viacom Enterprises, and Columbia Pictures Television. Mr. Andryc holds a BA from Marquette University.
