Greg Ivancich serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Ivancich has primary accountability for defining the financial strategies of Saban Capital Group. Mr. Ivancich also serves as a strategic partner for Saban Real Estate and oversees SCG’s Information Technology department. Mr. Ivancich’s experience prior to Saban Capital includes international real estate investment management, most recently with private equity fund Exeter Property Group which manages capital on behalf of institutional investors. At Exeter, Mr. Ivancich served as Principal and a founding partner of Exeter’s international business where he held roles overseeing financial reporting, capital raising, operations and acquisitions including functioning as CFO/COO of Europe during launch as well as founding Exeter’s mezzanine debt and preferred equity investing business in the US. Prior to Exeter, Mr. Ivancich spent his career as an investment banker to the real estate industry where he advised public and private companies on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and public equity and debt capital markets transactions. His roles included Director of Real Estate Investment Banking at Barclay’s and Executive Director of Real Estate Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Ivancich holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in International Economics from Georgetown University.
