Bio

Gunter Max has been involved in the investment business of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg since 2001 and, as Managing Director of Süd Beteiligungen GmbH (SüdBG), is responsible for sales and origination. Prior to joining SüdBG, Mr. Max was Head of Corporate Banking at a private bank. He has been involved in the investment business since the end of the 1990s. In his more than 20 years of professional experience, he has extensive experience in private equity and SME financing and has been involved in transactions in the automotive supplier, engineering and services and metalworking industries. After training as a banker at the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim, Max studied economics and is a graduate economist.
