Bio

Dan is a partner at Rubicon. He sits on the boards of Cin7 and Gimmal. Prior to its sale, Dan sat on the board of Personify. Before joining Rubicon, Dan was vice president at Angelo Gordon, where he spent three years completing private equity transactions. Prior to that, Dan worked at Realm Partners, a multi-strategy hedge fund, where he focused on equity and debt investment opportunities across the technology, media, healthcare and consumer and retail sectors. Prior to Realm Partners, Dan was an associate with Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, where he focused on leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments. Dan started his career as an investment banking analyst with Lehman Brothers’ global leveraged finance group. Dan holds bachelor of arts degrees in international studies and East Asian studies from Yale University.
