Bobby holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, an MBA from The Wharton School, and an MA in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Bobby started his career in Private Equity with H.I.G. Capital in London. He was one of the first members of the H.I.G. Europe team, helping establish their UK Origination efforts. Bobby has also held Private Equity investment roles with Cairngorm Capital and Development Partners International (DPI), in addition to working in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) with Harris Williams & Co. Through his experiences, Bobby has been involved in all aspects of the M&A process as well as investment evaluation in a broad array of industries across Europe, North America, and Africa. Bobby joined Rubicon Partners in 2012 and has been responsible for new investments and portfolio company management.
