Bio

Prior to RSA, Mr. Klug served as director of Corporate Development for a NYSE healthcare provider responsible for acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. Prior to that, he was a principal in RSA's predecessor, Rudolph Stone Associates, where he actively worked with portfolio companies to develop and execute successful acquisition growth strategies. Mr. Klug previously spent over twelve years as one of the practice leaders within Ernst & Young's Midwest Regional Corporate Development Group, where he was responsible for a broad range of acquisition corporate development assignments, management lead buyouts, divestitures, financings and due diligence assignments.
