Roman Babka has over 25 years of experience in the financial service industry, across the fields of asset management, M&A, banking and insurance as well as private equity. From July 2014, Roman Babka has held the position of Chief Risk Officer at Royalton Partners. Roman Babka co-founded Royalton Partners in 1996. Working together with Nigel Williams and Ivan Vohlmuth at Československá Obchodní Banka, they developed a brand new capital markets department, where they were behind the first ever convertible bond issue in Czech Crowns for the Pilsen Breweries and the first floating rate note issue for Skoda Mlada Boleslav, part of the VW group. Roman Babka holds a degree from the Prague School of Economics.
