Mr. Knight is a Founding Partner and serves as Chairman of the Management Committee of RoundTable. He is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and management of the Firm. He works closely with the operating and transaction teams in selecting and monitoring the Firm’s investments. He also currently serves as the non-executive Chairman of the Board for Salter Labs and Santa Cruz Nutritionals, and serves on the boards of Renaissance Pharmaceuticals and TIDI Products. Mr. Knight, with almost 35 years in the healthcare industry, has extensive strategic, operational and senior management experience including serving as Vice Chairman of Cardinal Health and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Allegiance. Mr. Knight currently serves on the board of directors and executive committee of AdvaMed (the Advanced Medical Technology Association) which is the trade organization representing medical device and diagnostic product manufacturers. Mr. Knight was elected non-executive Chairman of the Board of Aon Corporation in 2008 having served on the board since 1999.
