Bio

Mr. Hochman is a Senior Partner of RoundTable. He joined the Firm in September 2007 as a Vice President, was promoted to Principal in conjunction with his role in Fund III, and then promoted to Partner in Fund IV. Mr. Hochman is principally focused on pharmaceutical investments and consumer healthcare where he is involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including deal sourcing, transaction structuring, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, financing, and execution. Mr. Hochman serves on the boards of directors of Santa Cruz Nutritionals, Revision Skincare/Goodier Cosmetics, and Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes, and previously served on the board of Aqua Pharmaceuticals prior to its sale.
