Gerry brings over 35 years of experience leading civil and geo-environmental service companies. He is widely recognized for his visioning capability, successfully executing strategy, organizational capacity, creating high performance cultures, driving operational excellence and the learning agility needed to build high-performance companies. During the early 2000’s, he led a regional $65 million company (Kleinfelder) on a growth path and built a national $300 million multi-disciplined company through a combination of organic and acquisitive growth strategies. During his tenure, the company also tripled their annual financial performance, strengthened shareholders’ equity by forty-fold, broadened development/ training programs and changed the company’s business model/ systems. Gerry has significant experience with M&A having completed or advised on over 3 dozen acquisitions. He has substantial Board experience and often speaks nationally on the characteristics of high-performing Boards. He holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and has completed an advanced Executive Management course.
