Bio

Mr. Malthouse is a co-founder and Partner of Roebling Capital Partners (“RCP”). He is well known for his complex tax and legal structuring strategies, but where he really excels is in the way he advocates for his clients to ensure the best possible solutions for their business and tax issues. To describe Brian as a trusted advisor to his clients would be an understatement. As Managing Partner of VonLehman, Mr. Malthouse applies his vast tax knowledge to ensure that clients are paying the lowest taxes they are legally obligated to pay, while guaranteeing the best possible position for their success. Following a 10-year career with Arthur Anderson in Cincinnati, Mr. Malthouse joined VonLehman to head the firm’s tax department. After leading the group for a few years, he rose through the ranks to succeed Andy VonLehman as Managing Partner in 2009. Mr. Malthouse is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past participant of Leadership Northern Kentucky and now is active with its Alumni Association. He is an avid volunteer and advocate for United Way of Greater Cincinnati, ArtsWave, Pro Kids, Cincinnati Works, Horizon Community Funds and MS Society. He is a member of Queen City Club and Kenwood Country Club. Mr. Malthouse is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. Mr. Malthouse is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
