Bio

Nils Holum joined Rockwood in 2017 and is based in the Denver office. He focuses on transaction sourcing, analysis, due diligence and financing. Most recently, Nils served as Private Equity Vice President at Behrman Capital, a middle market private equity firm based in New York focused on healthcare, specialty manufacturing and defense. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker at both Merrill Lynch and Union Square Advisors, focusing on technology mergers and acquisitions. In his spare time, Nils volunteers for several non-profit organizations, including the Colorado HealthOp and Mount Sinai Hospital. He holds BA degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.
