Bio

Tom is responsible for leading new investments and working with the boards of Rockpool’s portfolio companies to create shareholder value. He currently works with investee companies in the business services and technology, media and telecoms sectors. Tom has led several successful investments, bolt-on acquisitions and exits since joining Rockpool in 2017. Tom has 12 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking and restructuring, including previous roles with LDC and Lloyds Banking Group. Tom is a qualified accountant and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
